Conflict Resolution Mediation

To pave the way to successfully re-establishing a good relational parenting stance with your ex partner and children, behaviours or incidents either past or present need to be resolved.

If the other parent is willing to attend, we shall address these issues and find solutions and strategies that work for you both. If the other parent does not wish to attend face to face, we will seek their involvement via zoom, or via shuttle (separate room) to achieve a similar result.

Parenting Co-ordination - Peacemaker Program

There may be a transitional period needed between you, your children and the other parent to test the waters around new rules and behaviours. Reconnection takes effort, commitment and time. The last thing needed is conflict while you all try and find a new pathway. The Peacemaker Program is designed for you to have a 'middle-man' to intercept communication and keep it conciliatory and respectful until those behaviours become the new 'normal' for you all.

3

Trauma Counselling

Trauma can profoundly affect both individuals who have been exposed to domestic violence (DV) as victims and those who have been perpetrators. Although their experiences and the sources of trauma differ, both can suffer long-lasting emotional, psychological, and even physical consequences. Understanding the trauma from both perspectives is essential in addressing the impact of DV and supporting healing.

Child Inclusive Mediation & Reunification

Child Inclusive Mediation (CIM) is a mediation process designed to consider the child's perspective and needs during conflict resolution, especially in cases related to family disputes, custody arrangements, or co-parenting. The goal is to ensure that the child’s voice is heard, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for the child to express their feelings about the situation.
